1. GeekHub will provide consulting services to the Customer relating to the development of a Website, The specific nature of the services to be provided by GeekHub are:
a. Design of a Four Page Dynamic Website:
b. Free .com.ng Domain name
c. Free Business Logo (If you don't have one)
d. Design of two Website Banners
e. Three months Maintenance & support.
2. All parties agree that terms of this agreement will commence on the day payment is confirmed to be received by GeekHub, and the Website will have a project completion duration of One Calendar Month from date of payment.
3. The Customer shall make its assigned personnel available to meet with GeekHub when reasonably required by GeekHub for the purposes of discussing the status of the Services. GeekHub will meet or talk regularly with the Customer Contact (by remote communication facility i.e. email and phone call, video conference) and report to the Customer on the status of the Services.
4. GeekHub will not be liable to the Customer or to any third party for any non-performance or delay in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement, if events or conditions like force majeure, or beyond its reasonable control cause the non-performance or delay, or failure of client to submit required content for use in executing the project under this agreement, in a timely manner. And GeekHub gives the Customer prompt notice thereof. In no event will this provision affect Customer's obligation to make payments to GeekHub under this Agreement except in respect of Services that are unable to be performed by GeekHub, until they can be performed.
In other words, if customer fails to submit content needed for the design of the website, and the one month project duration ends, the customer cannot hold GeekHub liable.
5. E-commerce Websites are not included in this package, if customer desires an e-commerce website, a separate arrangement can be made.
6. GeekHub has the right to charge the Customer separately for any service that does not fall within the scope of this agreement.
7. Making payment for the Website Promotion means you accept the terms of this agreement stated above.
